Jeremy Wirth is an associate attorney at Atkinson & Kelsey. His practice focuses on high asset divorce and complex custody issues. Jeremy is a graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law. As a student, he served as Manuscript Editor of the Natural Resources Journal. Jeremy graduated magna cum laude, achieving numerous academic distinctions, including Dean’s List, Honor Roll, and various CALI awards and scholarships. He served as Extern to the Honorable David Urias, District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. He was an intern in the “Safe2BU” program at New Mexico Legal Aid. He participated in the UNM Economic Justice Clinic providing free legal assistance to economically disadvantaged New Mexicans. In addition to his legal practice, Jeremy serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico. He has been a member of the Atkinson & Kelsey team since 2022.

Before graduating from law school, Jeremy had an extensive career as a classical musician, arts administrator, and university professor. Jeremy holds an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University and assorted degrees in music from the University of Kansas, Emory University, and the University of North Texas. Known for his commitment to the Albuquerque community, Jeremy holds several volunteer leadership roles in the community, including service as Dean of the Albuquerque Chapter of the American Guild of Organists. He also serves as Director of Music and Organist for St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. Jeremy lives in the North Valley with his spouse, their Standard Schnauzer Anna Magdalena, and three tuxedo cats.
