Jon Feder is a shareholder with Atkinson & Kelsey practicing in divorce and family law, including estate planning and probate. He has practiced family law for more than thirty years, and is a frequent lecturer before various groups regarding family law and divorce taxation. He is a member of both the Florida Bar (1976) and the State Bar of New Mexico (1977). He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been a court-appointed mediator or facilitator in family law cases and has acted as a special master.
